Sailing Tall Ships
Schooners are wonders to behold. These are some images from a 2003 trip aboard The Highlander Sea. A 1929 Schooner, built in the style of the Grand Banks Fishing Schooners. More than 150 long overall, wooden construction, she is a seagoing marvel. The comraderie that comes from sailing aboard her is a lasting memory.
